It's that time of the year where we have run out of Garlic cloves. Luckily for us, we have many thousands of Garlic plants we can pick some green Garlic every now and then to use in our cooking. In the photo's, we started out with some green Garlic diced up. Then added some tomatoes, salt and pepper (ours OF COURSE!!!) Cooked it until soft, then added some beautiful T-bones. Finished the cook off with some carbonara noodles and topped with some nice little spinach leaves.
Doesn't get much better than this!!
